Venue Rental

 

Celebrate your upcoming event at Broxburn Cafe! Our venue is available to rent year round for up to a maximum of 60 people. 

Broxburn Cafe is the perfect venue for anniversary parties, birthday parties, Christmas parties, bridal showers, engagement parties, baby showers, small weddings, and more! We look forward to learning more about your upcoming event and helping you turn your vision into a reality. 

Availability:

November - March: Available Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 1 AM. Available Saturdays between 8 AM and 12 AM. 

April - October: Available Monday through Friday between 6 PM and 1 AM. Available Saturdays between 6 PM and 12 AM. 

How to book:

Step 1) Email us at broxburncafe@gmail.com and make an inquiry.

Step 2) We will respond to your inquiry and attach our availability, drink menu, and pricing options.

Step 3) A 50% deposit must be made on all bookings.

Pricing:

Option 1: $450 + tax. Venue rental with no drink service.

• This price includes the use of our venue for a maximum of 6 hours, and will include the use of our dishware, restrooms, and a server to clean up dishes.
• The renter is responsible for their own liquor license and drink service.   

Option 2: $350 + tax. Venue rental with drink service.

• This price includes the use of our venue for a maximum of 6 hours, and will include the use of our dishware, restrooms, a server, and drink service.
• Please note: drinks are an additional cost to the rental fee. Please inquire for minimum drink service spend. If the renter chooses to bring in their own drinks, a corkage fee will be applied. An 18% gratuity will be applied to all drink service.
